We truly hope that you are pleased with our products, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange or refund any uninstalled products within 30 days! When we receive your package, one of our skilled return specialists will check in your package within 48 hours. You will receive an email or phone call letting you know the status of your return or exchange.

Some policies to keep in mind:

  • All sales are final after 30 days.
  • We Must be notified of your intent to return / exchange within 30 days.
  • Holiday gifts purchased between November 14th and December 25th can be returned or exchanged until January 15th, or within 30 days (whichever is longer).
  • All items must be brand new and uninstalled with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Missing accessories or items that need to be repacked for resale may incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs to return or exchange an item, please make sure you insure your package, as we are unable to refund or replace merchandise that is returned damaged, or even lost!
  • When exchanging an item for one of greater cost, you are responsible to pay all shipping charges as well as any product price differences before the new product can be shipped out.
  • Refunds for items or difference in exchanges will be issued in the form of your original payment and can take 7 to 10 days to credit into your account.


All of our products include a hassle free, lifetime warranty. If at any time the product becomes malfunctioning you can return it to us for a replacement. We do require you to email a picture or video of the damage product with a picture or video of the strip or power wire to the headlight cut. 

Please include your contact information with your email (phone number / address)  The warranty does not cover user damage, so cutting or modification of the kits, or damage from road debris will void your warranty.


Please make sure to follow all local laws and regulations governing motor vehicle lighting and illumination.  Federal, State, local and municipal laws vary tremendously, so it is your responsibility to ensure that you are in compliance with all regulations in your jurisdiction.


Lite Your Slingz will be held harmless regarding your usage of any and all Lite Your Slingz products. The manufacturer reserves the right to change/modify product without notice. Actual product may vary in transparency depending on plate color, writing, shade and lighting conditions.

NOTE: The manufacturer, retailer, wholesaler assumes no responsibility for any use, misuse or application of this product in violation of any applicable law. 

Before installing this product, please check your state and local laws and regulations. 

Use of  any Lite Your Slingz product is solely used for show purposes, off road purpose only and not to be used in any way that may violate any laws or jurisdiction. 

Lite Your Slingz and will not be held responsible from the use or illegal use of such products. 

Lite Your Slingz or retailers will not be held responsible for malfunctioning items that is not installed by us or by one of our authorized installers.
